Therefore I think it is an incredibly useful thing to have a knowledge of science and the world, not be scared of it. What this does is gives us a defense against attacks from Atheists and such like because we can say something like "I believe this through faith, but have a look at this and this that supports the faith that I have. Some people need to see to believe, like doubting Thomas. We can show them if we explore nature and science with the bible as our base and the world a physical representation of the glory of God.
